Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving the company's sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development to lead our team towards achieving our growth targets

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales targets.

Business Development:

  • Pinpoint high-growth dealers, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and actively work together to boost incremental revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Meet with warm leads interested in the platform, facilitate their onboarding, and partner with them to drive revenue growth for the business.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners and stakeholders.
  • Address client and partner inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential partners.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, and other internal teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Tableau

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
